- Invalid and/or disconnected phone numbers will be rejected.
- Invalid and/or fake email addresses will be rejected.
- Leads that are determined to originate from fraudulent activity or incentive/rewards programs will be rejected.
- Leads derived from unapproved creative will be rejected.

- Checks the opt-in box agreeing to be contacted by our sales or student engagement teams by phone, email and text message.
- And if applicable, any additional fields communicated and mutually agreed upon via email between you and us beyond those listed here.

Additional conditions:
1. Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided to you through the Program and that have been
pre-approved by GetSmarter.
2. Affiliates whose primary business is posting coupons / promotion codes, who are viewed by the Program as being a coupon/ promotion code site, and/or who are tagged as “coupon” or “promotion code” in our system, may not be paid commissions for sales generated without a corresponding valid coupon/ promotion code.
3. CPL GUIDELINES:

4. PPC GUIDELINES.
* Affiliates may not bid on any of our trademarked terms (as identified below), including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content-based campaigns on Google, MSN, Yahoo, Facebook or any other network.
* Affiliates may not bid in any manner appearing higher than GetSmarter for any search term in position 1-5 in any auction style pay-per-click advertising program.
* Affiliates may not use our trademarked terms in sequence with any other keyword (i.e. GetSmarter Coupons).
* Affiliates will forfeit all commissions for a minimum of the past 30 days and their commission will be set to 0% without warning if they engage in PPC trademark bidding that uses our trademarked terms.
