(d) You must not mislead customers into clicking on an offer or coupon that does not exist or practice similarly deceptive tactics that are sometimes referred to as “cookie stuffing.” These include, but are not limited to, (a) using or presenting offers that are expired, invalid, or non-affiliate offers, (b) requiring or claiming that a user must click on a button to activate or receive an offer, (c) presenting a button that claims to show all offers that sets the affiliate cookie in the background, and (d) technology that generates a click or sets the cookie from copying a coupon code or through a pop under. (e) You are not entitled to any commission for orders that cannot reasonably be attributed to you, orders submitted through our customer service, orders that are returned, or orders that used or attempted to use offers that are expired or inauthentic, links or codes that are not a specific offer (e.g., up to 20% off), or links or codes purporting to provide any offer or discount that does not require a code. In addition, if your conversion rate exceeds 25% we have the right to reduce your commission to a lower rate than the standard Program rate.
