Coupons and Vouchers. You may not display Travel Content that includes coupon, voucher, or discount codes (“Coupon Codes”) unless Inspiring Vacations expressly provides the Coupon Codes to you via email or the Platform. If Inspiring Vacations provides Coupon Codes to you, you agree that (i) you will only display the specific Coupon Codes that Inspiring Vacations makes available to you; (ii) you will not use any functionality whereby the user must click any link to reveal the Coupon Code, and (ii) you may receive reduced Marketing Fees or no Marketing Fees for Consumed Verified Transactions in which the Coupon Code was redeemed in accordance with the applicable Marketing Fee information displayed on the Platform.

Keyword Bidding. Without Inspiring Vacations’ prior written approval you may not bid on, including for preferential placement in any search engine or other paid advertising, or otherwise use to drive consumers to your websites or businesses the names or trademarks of Inspiring Vacations or its publishers or any misspellings or variants of, or substantially similar names and marks to, any Inspiring Vacations Brand. In addition, upon our request you will cause any search engine designated by us to exclude Inspiring Vacations Brands from keywords used to display your advertising content in association with search results (e.g., request exclusion by negative keyword bidding). If Inspiring Vacations gives you prior written approval to bid on the term “Inspiring Vacations” you agree to comply with Inspiring Vacations’ Trademark+ Bidding Requirements.
