Affiliates may not bid on “GFORE,” or any trademarked term, including misspellings, variations, or confusingly similar terms, in paid search campaigns. Competitive brand bidding is not permitted. Affiliates must negative match GFORE trademark terms where applicable.
Direct Linking

Direct linking from paid advertisements to GFORE.com is not permitted. Affiliates must direct traffic through a publisher-controlled landing page prior to redirecting to the GFORE website.
Software / Downloadable Applications

Downloadable software partners are permitted. All software must be explicitly opt-in, may not overwrite existing affiliate cookies without value add, may not deploy overlays on GFORE’s website, and must comply with network software policies. GFORE reserves the right to adjust commission rates or remove approval at any time.
Incentivized Traffic

Incentivized traffic is not permitted. This includes cashback, rewards, gift card promotions, and any model where a user receives compensation for completing an action.
Email Marketing

Email marketing is permitted. Affiliates must be fully CAN-SPAM compliant, use only opt-in email lists, and must request and apply GFORE suppression lists prior to deployment. Failure to request suppression lists prior to sending will be considered a violation of program terms.
