FAQ for Advertisers

Why should I work with Adpump?

At Adpump we do our best to bring the best results possible. Here are just some of the benefits of working with us:

How do I become an advertiser with Adpump?

On our website in the top right corner you will see the ‘Sign Up’ button. Hit it and fill out the form, giving the details of who you are and describe how you see your partnership with Adpump. Our managers will contact you once you complete your registration.

Do I have to pay a fee to work with Adpump?

There is no fee included, Adpump operates on a cost-per-action model, which presupposes that you only pay for the conversions that were generated and valid. We do take our commission of 25-30% before paying the publishers. So, if you pay us $10, the publisher will be paid $7.

How do I start an affiliate program on Adpump?

Once you register, you will be contacted by your personal manager. Your personal manager will be able to guide you through the process of getting your affiliate program running: from legal aspects to the integration process. You can get your program live in a matter of several days.

How do I know if I qualify to be an Adpump advertiser?

To become an Adpump advertiser, you will need to fit the following criteria:

How long does it take to launch an affiliate program?

It depends mostly on how quick the integration and legal processes are on your end. You can get your program live in a matter of several days. If the technical setup is more complicated, it might take a little longer. But be sure, we’ll do everything to speed up the process on our side.

Is it possible to target different countries?

Yes, absolutely. As a global performance network, we have publishers driving traffic to different countries: from Tier 1 countries to MENA, LATAM, Africa etc.

How can I reach out to more publishers?

You can message your personal manager to see who else you can add to the program. If you want to have more publishers driving traffic to your affiliate program, you can send your manager a list of publishers you want to see working with you, and the manager will contact them for you.

Where can I see how my program is performing?

In your account there is a ‘Statistics’ page, where you can see all the conversions, clicks, publishers sorted by time periods, countries, landing pages etc. If you have any questions regarding the performance, you can request a performance report where we’ll include more information on the sources of traffic for your affiliate program.
