Definitions:
a. Sales – means net sales (i.e. gross sales less VAT, credit rejections and returned goods)
b. New customer – means a customer that is brand new to Dollar Shave Club
c. Voucher code – A code which can be given to customers to receive discount on an order

Additional conditions:
1. No Brand Bidding. Brand bidding on this program is prohibited and any affiliates found to be doing so will be removed from the program. Any commission made on these sales will not be paid by the merchant.
2. Affiliates are prohibited from using Brand with Generic Terms or running PPC of any kind.
3. It is important to note that affiliates must not use the display URL of Dollar Shave Club. Any affiliate using this display URL may be removed from the program.
4. Affiliates may not use trademarks term as a subdomain in their URL
5. Affiliate partners are prohibited to place hyperlinks on websites that contain or are associated with the following content: Politics, eroticism, pornography, guns, violence, violence glorification, drugs, criminal.
6. Voucher and Cashback/Loyalty sites will be considered on a case by case basis.
