1. Email Policy

Affiliates are not allowed to send unsolicited email ("spam") in this affiliate program.



2. Banners and creative use

All logos, graphics, banners and other content provided by eGlobalCentralpt.com must be used exactly as intended and cannot be altered in any way. Please do not use logos, graphics, banners or any other content that damages the value of eGlobalCentral trademarks, service marks, goodwill or mislead consumers in any way with respect to your relationship with eGlobalCentralpt.com . Affiliates cannot directly receive phrases, logos and banners from our website. EGlobalCentral reserves the right to object to any specific use of graphics, banners or content by you.

3. Sales without a click source

We reserve the right to reject sales without a last click. If we are unable to verify any URL that generated the sale, it may not be approved.

4. Duplicate transactions

Affiliates can sign up for more than one of our affiliate networks, but the same order can only be claimed once. We do not accept duplicate orders. We will reject any duplicate transactions and cancel the order.

5. Prohibited technology

We do not accept sales generated by relay, proxy, redirect or any other website with similar technology. Affiliates are not allowed to place our website in masked frames or URLs.

6. Listing on price comparison sites

Affiliates are not allowed to list any products or our entire product catalog on price comparison sites, where they can become direct competitors with product feeds directly from our company. When an affiliate product feed becomes a direct competitor to one of our product feeds, we reserve the right to request that product feeds be removed immediately and to decline any commission on sales made with those sources.



7. Distribution of discount codes and their use

Our affiliates can promote our store with a discount code, but we distribute the codes on a case-by-case basis. We evaluate affiliate sales records, distribution channels, visibility of our discount code and other criteria when providing our discount codes.

Except for the generic discount codes that we offer to all affiliates, the other discount codes are exclusive to the reviewed affiliates. Any other affiliate who uses and distributes our unique code to their readers will not receive any commission.

8. Fraudulent affiliate URL

Affiliates are not allowed to register confusing domains similar to our primary domain: eglobalcentralpt.com. This includes misspelled variants that contain eGlobal or its misspelled variant.

9. Bids on PPC services under the eGlobalCentral brand

EGlobalCentral as a merchant for this program prohibits any affiliate using PPC programs to bid on the eGlobal Central brand or its domains. This condition is applied to protect all affiliates and create reasonable equality for the eGlobal Central business program. Any sales generated by these activities will not be authorized and the affiliate will be subsequently expelled from our program. We are open to negotiation with affiliates who use generic industry keywords to complement our PPC programs with third party companies. They will be approved on a case-by-case basis after contacting our internal marketing team. If any affiliate has any questions about this, please contact us.



For any agreed PPC affiliate activity, affiliates can promote us on search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing and others.



There are no specific search terms (keywords) where we don't want our affiliates' PPC ads to appear, except those using our own brand domain.



Affiliates can promote us via PPC and are allowed to:

· Send traffic directly to our website.

· Use our brand only within your title and description of your own website.

· Send traffic from your PPC ads to your own website before sending traffic to our website.

· Add our brand to your negative keyword list (to prevent affiliates from appearing in brand search + generic keyword)



However, affiliates are NOT allowed to:

· Use our brand in your URL

· Bid under our brand

· Bid under our brand with misspellings

· Use our brand in ad text or the displayed URL of PPC ads

· Show your ads when the name of our brand or its variants is entered as search keywords (eglobalcentral FR, eglobalcentral.com.es)

· Show your ads when our incorrect brand is entered as search keywords (eGolbal Central, eGlobal Center)

· Show your ads when our brand name and another word are entered as search keywords (eglobalcentral electronic)



10. KwP

eGlobalcentral does not allow any affiliate to bid on our brand terms, including misspelled brand terms. Any affiliate caught doing this will be banned from our affiliate program.

We encourage our affiliates to add the following keywords / phrases to their negative keyword list to prevent their ads from showing our brand.
