Programme rules
The following is prohibited from all TUI programmes:
• Linking directly through from PPC search engines to any TUI owned website. All PPC adverts
must utilise a landing page hosted on an external site.
• Using the TUI, First Choice or Crystal Ski brand names or similar variations as keyword or key
word phrases for the purpose of targeting adverts on PPC search engines.
• Using the brand name or similar variations of other tour operators or travel companies - do
not infringe on the trademarks of TUI competitors. Keywords should be restricted to
‘generic’ terms around the TUI/ First Choice/ Crystal Ski product range. Media Partner shall
contact the Advertiser if in doubt about the keywords used to promote the program,
• Media Partner site representing themselves or passing themselves off as being any of the
TUI brands or taking any action which is likely to confuse or mislead third parties to believe
that such media partner site is part of the TUI brand.
