Affiliates' Site does not and will not contain any material that (a) is false, defamatory, inaccurate, libelous, abusive, vulgar, hateful, violent, harassing or threatening, obscene, offensive, or that disparages other people, groups, or companies, (b) endorses any form of hate or hate group, (c) is profane, pornographic, or sexually oriented, explicit, or suggestive, (d) promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), (e) promotes any activities that may be construed as unsafe or dangerous, or (f) promotes any particular political agenda or message unless expressly approved in writing in advance of publication by Zulily;
1. The Affiliates' may not be used in any manner that might imply that any goods, services, websites, publications or other materials that do not originate from Zulily are sponsored, endorsed, licensed by, or affiliated with Zulily. The Advertisements must not be incorporated or used in any manner as part of, or in close proximity to, another company's name, domain name, product or service name, logo, trade dress, design, slogan, or other trademarks. You must display your own logo(s), business name, product names, or other branding in a primary and more prominent position than that of Zulily’s Advertisements.
2. Affiliates may display the Advertisements only on their Site, and only as a link to the Zulily Site.
3. The Advertisements may not be imitated in any manner, or used in a manner that would disparage Zulily or its products or services.
4. Affiliates may use only approved Zulily Advertisements that are provided to you by Zulily, which may not be modified in any
way without the prior written consent of Zulily.
5. Affiliates may not engage or use paid search functionality in connection with your participation in this Program. You may not include any Zulily trademarks or service marks in any paid search campaigns.
6. Affiliates may not purchase the Zulily name or any Zulily trademark or service mark as a search keyword.
7. Affiliates may not use the Zulily name, any Zulily trademark or variation of trademarks or services, or any confusingly similar variant thereof, in any domain name.
8. Zulily events or “one-day deals” may not be promoted prior to their specified launch dates, as provided by Zulily. If Zulily discovers three instances of a Publisher promoting a Zulily event in advance of its launch date, Zulily may immediately terminate Publisher from the Zulily Program.
9. There are certain brands offered through Zulily that may not be promoted by publishers. Such non-promotable brands will not be included in the portal data feed made available to the publishers in the Zulily Publisher Program. Additionally, certain brands offered through Zulily may only be promoted using approved messaging and content, which will be supplied by Zulily.
10. Publishers may only advertise coupon codes or offers that are provided to them through Zulily’s affiliate program, network, or displayed on Zulily’s official coupon page or live event page.
11. Coupons must be displayed in their entirety with the full offer, valid expiration date, and code.
12. Affiliates may not advertise an exclusive or any coupon code or offers which were only provided to a subset of publisher(s) and their audience(s).
13. Affiliates may not advertise a coupon code or offers obtained from our non-affiliate advertising customer emails, paid search, social platforms, display, or any other campaign from Zulily unless you obtained approval from Zulily in writing prior to publishing.
14. Any unauthorized coupons or offers that are published and used by customers will result in reversal of all commissions.
