Termly.io reserves the right not to accept any site into the Termly.io Affiliate Program based on site
content. Sites that Do Not Qualify for the Termly.io Affiliate Program include sites that are:
• X- rated and promote sexually explicit materials
• Promoting violence and discord
• Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation,
or age
• Promoting illegal or questionable activities
• Promoting content that is not available on Termly.io
• Violating intellectual property rights

Unsolicited Commercial E-mail - Termly.io in no way participates in mass unsolicited e-mailing (i.e.
spamming), and all Affiliates are expected to adhere to this policy as well. Violation of this policy will
result in the termination of this contract and immediate dismissal from the Termly.io Affiliate Program,
with no refund.

Paid Search Terms:
1. All paid search is forbidden on Google Ads or Microsoft Bing Advertising. Trademark or Brand-relatedBidding is NOT PERMITTED and “Media partners” are NEVER allowed to outrank or outbid
CompanyName on any keywords. 2. Media partner may never use any domain names that are owned by
CompanyName for any DISPLAY URL listings used in paid search campaigns. Nor may they CLOAK or
MASK these URL’s in paid search campaigns. Trademark Terms:
CompanyName Trademarks: a. For the purposes of this Agreement, the term, "Trademark(s)" means all
common law or registered trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, Internet domain names, or
other indications of origin now or in the future used by CompanyName. b. Nothing contained herein
grants or shall be construed to grant you any rights to use any Trademark, except as Affiliate
Promotional Links placed on your site. c. You agree that you will not use our Trademarks in any manner
that might tarnish, disparage, or reflect adversely on such Trademarks or CompanyName. Nor will you
contest or otherwise challenge (e.g., in any legal action or otherwise), or assist or encourage any other
person or entity to contest or challenge, the validity of any Trademarks or the Trademark rights claimed
by CompanyName. d. You agree that you will not use any Trademark or any variant thereof including
misspellings) as a domain name or as part of a domain name regardless of the top-level domain, or as a
metatag, keyword, or any other type of programming code or data, except pursuant to policies and rules
issued by CompanyName, if any, in connection with the Program. e. You may not at any time, adopt or
use, without CompanyName's prior written consent any word or mark which is similar to or likely to be
confused with CompanyName’s Trademarks, except as Promotional Links placed on your site. f. The look
and feel of the Skill feed website, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts,
is the trade dress and/or trademark or service mark of CompanyName and may not be copied, imitated
or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of CompanyName, except as Promotional
Links placed on your site. g. You may not use a Trademark, logo, image or other proprietary graphic of
CompanyName to link to the CompanyName website without the prior written consent of
CompanyName, except as Affiliate Promotional Links placed on your site and used in compliance with
the terms of this Agreement. h. You may not frame or hotlink to the CompanyName website or any
image other than your own without the prior written consent of CompanyName. i. You may not use any
Trademarks to market, promote or endorse the goods and/or services or cause of any other individual
or entity without our prior express permission in writing, signed by an authorized officer of
CompanyName
