The Affiliate shall not engage in spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or other invasive marketing tactics.

All marketing efforts must comply with applicable data protection laws, privacy regulations for electronic communications, and national legislation on advertising and consumer protection.

It is strictly prohibited to use the Affiliate Program for the distribution of malware, spyware, or other malicious or unauthorized downloadable content.

The Affiliate may not provide users with misleading, fraudulent, or false information in connection with the promotion of Amazfit.

The Affiliate may not use prospecting techniques that violate the terms of third-party platforms or applicable regulations.



d. Content Restrictions
Affiliates must not associate Amazfit with, or publish promotional content that includes or references, any of the following:

Political content

Pornographic or adult content

Gambling or betting services

Weapons or explosives

Graphic violence or depictions of accidents, tragedy, or death

Content promoting drugs, alcohol, or tobacco

Content that is discriminatory, offensive, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or incites unlawful behavior

Content involving harassment or targeting individuals or groups based on race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected categories
Promotional activities involving unauthorized discount codes or coupons not issued through the Impact Platform are prohibited. Transactions generated through such codes may be cancelled by Amazfit.
