Prohibited Promotional Methods
The following promotional activities are strictly prohibited:

1. Brand Keyword Bidding and Search Engine Advertising
Affiliates may not use OpenArt's brand name, trademarks, or any variations thereof in search engine advertising, including, but not limited to:

(i) bidding on keywords containing "OpenArt," "OpenArt AI," or any misspellings, abbreviations, or close variations;

(ii) trademark-plus-keyword ("TM+") combinations, where OpenArt brand terms are combined with generic, descriptive, or competitive keywords;

(iii) creating advertisements that could reasonably cause users to believe the advertisement is operated by, endorsed by, or officially affiliated with OpenArt.

This restriction applies to all search engines and search-based advertising platforms, including Google, Bing, Yahoo, and any regional equivalents.



2. Competitor Keyword Bidding
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on competitor brand keywords for the purpose of promoting OpenArt, including:

(i) targeting competitor brand names, misspellings, or variations in paid search campaigns; or

(ii) engaging in any paid search activity intended to redirect users searching for competing brands to OpenArt.
