Cashback providers manage all aspect of the cashback offer with
customer directly. This includes:
Ø disclosing expiry dates and any waiting time that applies to the offer
Ø disclosing all steps that the customer must undertake/requirements
they must fullfil to receive the offer
Ø having the intention of providing the offer and providing the offer
subject to the consumer satisfying all disclosed requirements
Ø providing the offer in the specified time disclosed to the customer,
or within a reasonable time
Ø provide all exclusions, limitation and other important information to
the customer at the time of making the offer
Cashback providers should include the following disclosures on their
website at the time of providing the coupon:
Ø that they receive a fee from Freely when the customer uses the offer
to purchase a Freely product;
Ø that the cashback is not redeemable with any other offers;
Ø that they do not act for or represent Freely;
Ø that they do not endorse Freely travel insurance products;
Ø that they are not giving advice or recommending Freely travel
insurance products, and the cashback or information about it is not
intended to imply any opinion or recommendation from them
regarding Freely travel insurance products.
Coupon providers can:
Ø provide the customer with a coupon (provided by Freely) so that the
customer can purchase Freely travel insurance products.
Coupon providers are not permitted to:
Ø give Advice to consumers to influence the consumer to purchase

Ø arrange, or deal in Freely travel insurance products;
