VII. Keyword Bidding Rules (Notice)
1. Brand Keywords Bidding Prohibited: It is strictly forbidden to bid on "SHEIN" or any of its misspellings, variations, or derivatives. Any bidding activity targeting the SHEIN brand or its variations is a violation of policy. This includes: [SHEIN Coupon], [SHEIN Code], [SHEIN Coupon Code], [SHEIN Code Coupon].

2. Negative Keywords Requirement (Phrase Match): You must add the corresponding negative keywords for your market to your advertising account's negative keyword list using "Phrase Match." This list must be continuously maintained and updated to ensure it covers the brand keywords and their common variations.

3. Violation Handling and Liability:
• If a violation of the brand keyword policy is detected, SHEIN will deduct the corresponding affiliate commissions for the duration of the violation.
• Repeat violations will lead to the suspension of the partnership with the affiliate.
• SHEIN reserves the right to pursue legal action for severe violations.
