Payout Terms

Commission will not be paid on Untracked Orders.

Commission will not be paid if a Gift Card is used as a payment type.

Commission will not be paid if the order has been cancelled, refunded or returned.

Commission will not be paid if the order has been recognised as a fraudulent transaction. Some examples of fraudulent transactions would include: Orders made from outside of Australia, Orders placed over $10K or if more than 5 orders are placed on the same day, this would be deemed fraudulent.

Commission will not be paid when a coupon code has been used that was not provided to the publisher the customer transacted through. This may vary depending on advertiser and publisher agreement.

Commission is not eligible on orders outside of Australia (as determined by Impact).

Commission is not eligible on Bundles or Accessories & Parts.

Commission will not be paid on Ninja Swirl by CREAMi


Email Terms

You need to acquire specific permission for all email activity featuring Shark Ninja, otherwise subsequent sales may not be commissionable.


Promotion Terms

Only Shark Ninja approved marketing collateral (i.e. banner, text, video, email, etc) can be used for promotional purposes. Any external promotional activity must be approved by Shark Ninja including, but not limited to, radio segments, TV segments, external email marketing and other.
