4. Contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer
programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, surreptitiously
intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information;
5. Contain software or use technology that attempts to intercept, divert or redirect Internet
traffic to or from any other website or that potentially enables the diversion of affiliate
commissions from another website, including toolbars, browser plug-ins, extensions, and
add-ons;
6. Include the words “Happy Head”, “The Happy Company”, or any other Happy Head
trademark in your domain name;
7. Share links to any illegal audio/video download sites; or
8. Share links in eBooks or PDFs without prior approval; or
9. You may not register, purchase, or use any domain names, subdomains, or URLs
containing the "Happy Head" trademark, variations, misspellings, or any term confusingly
similar to Happy Head’s brand identity.
Happy Head strictly prohibits the use of fraudulent, artificial, or non-human traffic to generate
commissions. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
1. The use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate clicks or conversions.
2. Self-referrals or incentivized traffic schemes where the affiliate directly benefits from their
own purchases.
3. Generating fake accounts, duplicate sign-ups, or fabricating customer activity.
4. Any attempt to manipulate cookies, pixels, or tracking technology to falsely attribute
commissions.
Use of any of our trademarked terms, including our subsidiaries, as part of the domain or
sub-domain for your website, is strictly prohibited (e.g. happyhead.website.com).
