Affiliates are permitted to use the "Sider" trademark, logo, and related brand assets for legitimate promotional purposes in compliance with this agreement. However, any use of the "Sider" trademark that is misleading, unauthorized, or associated with illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Misrepresenting Sider as the affiliate's own product or service.
Unauthorized resale of Sider memberships or services.
Any actions that may cause confusion or mislead users regarding the relationship between Sider and the affiliate.
Violations of this policy may result in the immediate termination of the partnership, forfeiture of any pending payouts, and potential legal action.
Brand Keyword Bidding Restrictions
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on any keywords that include the "Sider" brand name or related terms, such as but not limited to "Sider coupon," "Sider discount," or any variations thereof. This restriction applies to all search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns and paid advertising activities.
Violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of the partnership, and any pending payouts will be forfeited.
