Prohibited practices:

No bidding on Cruise America branded terms. Partner may not bid on "Cruise America," close misspellings, or any confusingly similar variation as a paid search keyword, on any search engine or ad platform.

No branded + generic combinations used to bypass this restriction (e.g., "Cruise America discount code," "Cruise America RV rental," "America's RV Rental Experts - Guaranteed Bookings - 24/7 Customer Service coupon").

No domain or display-URL spoofing. Paid ads must not use a display URL, ad copy, or landing page that implies the ad is Cruise America's own official page or site. Partner's affiliation must be clear to the consumer.

No trademark use in ad copy, headlines, or display URLs beyond what is explicitly pre-approved by Advertiser in writing.

No cloaking, redirect chains, or landing pages designed to obscure the true destination or advertiser identity from the ad platform or the consumer.

No direct-linking practices that make Partner's site appear to be Cruise America's official site or checkout flow.

No bidding on competitor brand terms in a way that misrepresents Cruise America's offering (e.g., false comparative claims in ad copy).

Comply with all trademark and editorial policies of the ad platform being used (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, etc.) in addition to these restrictions.

OTHER PROHIBITED PROMOTIONAL METHODS

- No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any method that generates tracking credit without a genuine, voluntary user action.

- No unsolicited email (spam) promoting Cruise America.

- No malware, adware, browser extensions, or toolbars that redirect, inject, or manipulate affiliate links without clear user awareness and consent.

- No incentivized traffic (e.g., "click this link to earn points") unless specifically pre-approved in writing by Advertiser.

- No display or promotion of coupon codes that are expired, fabricated, or not authorized by Advertiser.

- No use of Cruise America's name, logo, or creative assets other than those provided or approved by Advertiser.

- No operation of multiple undisclosed affiliate accounts for the same underlying business or traffic source.

- No altering, shortening, or obscuring tracking links in a way that misrepresents their destination or origin.
