Restrictions on Vouchers and Coupons

Only vouchers, coupons, or promotional codes that are issued directly by Preply or explicitly approved in writing by Preply are commissionable. Any transaction using a code that violates the restrictions set forth in this section will be deemed non-commissionable and subject to the consequences outlined below.
Email Marketing Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all email marketing activities by the Affiliate: (a) The Affiliate is prohibited from sending electronic direct mail (EDM) using 'Preply' in the sender name, subject line, or email headers without prior written consent from Preply; (b) All email marketing must use verified double opt-in subscription lists; (c) All email content and campaigns must be pre-approved by Preply in writing before distribution; (d) The Affiliate shall be fully liable for all spam complaints, CAN-SPAM violations, GDPR violations, and any associated costs, penalties, or legal fees arising from the Affiliate's email marketing activities.
