Site & SEO Restrictions Trademark Terms Garnet Hill Trademarks: a. For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Trademark(s)” means all common law or registered trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, Internet domain names, or other indications of origin now or in the future used by Garnet Hill b. Nothing contained herein grants or shall be construed to grant you any rights to use any Trademark, except as Affiliate Promotional Links placed on your site c. You may not use a Trademark, logo, image, or other proprietary graphic of Garnet Hill to link to the Garnet Hill website without the prior written consent of Garnet Hill, except as Affiliate Promotional Links placed on your site and used in compliance with the terms of this Agreement. h. You may not frame or hotlink to the Garnet Hill website or any image other than your own without the prior written consent of Garnet Hill. i. You may not use any Trademarks to market, promote or endorse the goods and/or services or cause of any other individual or entity without our prior express permission in writing, signed by an authorized officer of Garnet Hill. Paid Search Restrictions Garnet Hill Paid Search Policy: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any variation of the “Garnet Hill” brand name trademark at any time in any search engine in any match type. This includes but is not limited to keywords such as [garnet hill], “garnet hill”, “garnethill.com”, “garnett hill” and any other iterations or misspellings of the Garnet Hill brand name trademark. Affiliates must add the Garnet Hill brand name trademark and related terms as negative keywords on their paid search campaigns in all search engines (see attached list) in both exact-match and phrase-match formats.
