Partners may not bid on or purchase keywords in pay-per-click search engines or other paid search platforms that include “Vans,” any Vans product name, or variations and misspellings thereof, including combinations such as “Vans shoes,” “Vans sneakers,” “Vans coupon,” “Vans promo code,” “Vans discount,” or similar brand-modified terms. This restriction applies to broad, phrase, and exact match keywords, dynamic keyword insertion, shopping campaigns, Performance Max campaigns, and similar paid search formats.

Partners may not outbid or outrank Vans on restricted brand terms and may not link directly from paid search advertisements to a Vans-owned domain. All paid search traffic must first be directed to the Partner’s owned and operated website before linking to Vans. Use of Vans trademarks or brand name in display URLs, ad copy, domain names, subdomains, or social handles is not permitted. Partners should not use language such as “Official Site” or similar phrasing that implies direct affiliation with Vans.

Partners may only promote offers, discounts, and promotional codes that have been made available for affiliate use through Impact or provided directly by Vans. The promotion of expired, unauthorized, or publicly scraped codes is not permitted. Partners should not suggest that a coupon or discount is available if no valid offer exists, and “Click to Reveal” or similar messaging should only be used when a current, authorized code is present.
