Any partner found to be promoting content considered inappropriate, and with reasonable evidence, will constitute a ‘breach’ of these terms, and we reserve the right to take appropriate and fair action as defined in the ‘Breach of Terms’ section below.
This includes third-party content appearing on partner websites where our brand is also advertised; either on the same URL or any URL associated with the partner. For example, an inappropriate Display Ad appears on a URL and on a different URL on the same domain an ad advertising our brand or content associated with our brand is also visible.
Clear examples of inappropriate materials include but are not limited to:
- Racist, sexist or otherwise offensive content.
- Pornographic or sexually suggestive content.
- Gambling.
- Fake news.
- Political views or opinions.

PPC
All PPC activity is prohibited by default and only partners who have explicit permission, in writing, from an authorised member of our team may either:
- Deeplink any traffic from paid search ads or otherwise directly from a search engine to our URL(s), this includes Google CSS activity which is also prohibited without prior written approval;
- Include any terminology related to or derived from our brand, including misspellings.
We do provide PPC rights to a very select number of partners but are protective of how our brand is represented in this manner, and how this activity fits with our own paid search campaigns.
