You will ensure that the Affiliate website do not contain any
Restricted Content. “Restricted Content” means, by way of
example and not limitation: content, or links to content, that is in
any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory,
obscene, violent or that: • promotes or depicts violence (e.g.,
murder, selling weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.); • promotes
pornographic or sexually explicit materials; • is inaccurate,
fraudulent, misleading, slanderous or libelous; • promotes
discrimination based on gender, race, religion, nationality,
disability, sexual orientation or age, or is disparaging or
degrading to any of the foregoing; • promotes or offers peer to
peer file sharing methodologies or illegal downloads that may
allow consumers to infringe the intellectual property rights of
others; • promotes illegal activity, including, but not limited to,
sedition, illegal gambling or illegal contests, pyramid schemes,
chain letters or hacking; • promotes or depicts items that may
not legally be sold; • violates copyrights, trademarks, or any
other intellectual property rights of TAP Air Portugal or its
parents, subsidiaries, or affiliates, or any other person or entity;
• displays or contains spyware, malware, viruses, Trojan
horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots or other similar harmful
or deleterious programming routines; • includes "TAP Air
Portugal" or any variations or misspellings thereof in the domain
name or other HTML tags, including page titles, metatags, or
HTML comment tags; • promotes any activity you conduct
which, due to being subject to special laws and/or regulations
that ordinarily do not apply to commercial establishments
generally, causes or could reasonably be likely to cause TAP
Air Portugal to be subject to such laws and/or regulations,
including selling or providing insurance, securities, mortgages,
loans or other extensions of credit, banking services (including
the maintenance of deposit accounts), investment advice or
investment advisory services, prescription drugs or firearms,
conducting games of chance, or acting as a broker, agent or
finder for any person engaged in any of these businesses; •
endorses or disparages any individual political party or specific
political agenda (e.g., fake news); or • portrays TAP Air Portugal
in a negative light or showcases any TAP Air Portugal product
incorrectly.
PPC REGULATIONS
1. Affiliates are not permitted to bid on TAP Air Portugal brand
related terms. This includes variations of TAP Air Portugal
related terms, product names, misspells and company URL's.
Affiliates must negative match all brand terms on any broad
match PPC activity.
2. These terms are applicable on all major search engines,
including but not limited to Google, Yahoo! Search marketing,
MSN, Ask and Miva.
3. Forbidden keywords include but are not limited to: TAP, Fly
TAP, TAP Air Portugal, TAP Airlines, TAP Airline,
www.flytap.com, TAP.com etc…
4. The following rules apply to the display urls;
• Affiliates cannot use any TAP Air Portugal owned domain name.
E.g. www.flytap.com. This includes all generic terms. • Affiliates
cannot include trademarks in the sub folders of the display URL's in
your Search Engine Adverts e.g.www.affiliatesite.com/TAP
• Affiliates are not allowed to include trademarks in the sub domain
of the display URL's in your Search Engine Adverts e.g.
www.TAP.AffiliateSite.com • Affiliates are not allowed to operate
domains which contain trademarks for the sole purpose of driving
traffic from Search Engines e.g. www.TAPoffers.com
1. The following rules apply to the Ad Copy;
• Affiliates are allowed to use trademarks in your Ad Copy Title
• Affiliates are allowed to use trademarks in your Ad Copy Body
• All Ad copy must be correct and accurate information and must not
include opinions or conjecture e.g. TAP flights – much better than
Iberia
• Affiliates should not suggest they are an official TAP Air Portugal
site and use either ‘official', ‘TM' or any other connotations in their adcopy
DOMAIN NAME USAGE
1. Affiliates are not allowed to use any misspells of any TAP Air
Portugal related domain name. E.g. www.flytap.co.uk,
www.TAPflights.com. Any affiliate found to be using such
domain names to drive traffic to TAP Air Portugal website via
domain miss-spells will have commission reversed and be
excluded from the affiliate program.
2. Affiliates must exclude all TAP Air Portugal miss-spells from
their PPC campaign, so that the affiliate advert does not appear
on Adsense or similar products search terms on brand missspells.
